Azara's Broad-headed Rice Rat, Oryzomys megacephalus, is a species of rodent in the Cricetidae family.
It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuela.
